Lou graduated the University of Miami in 1968, majoring in marketing and finance. Upon graduation, he was employed by Dun & Bradstreet, lastly as a senior business analyst. During this time he returned to college and completed his accounting major at the New York Institute of Technology at Nova University in 1976, receiving his certification in 1977. He joined a large South Florida accounting firm in 1976 as a junior accountant, leaving his position as the firm’s audit and accounting manager in 1981 to begin his own practice.

John graduated Florida Atlantic University in 2000, majoring in economics and finance. Upon graduation, while working in banking, John returned to Florida Atlantic University, earning a second degree in accounting and completing 30 credit hours toward his Masters degree in accounting in 2003. John joined the firm in 2002.
